How long will my order take?

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery will take place in (Germany) within 22-42 working days, for foreign Countries within 28-49 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery or production on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

How much does the shipping cost?

Just like you, we don't like shipping costs either, so we have decided to send all packages to you free of charge. There is also a tracking number for each shipment, which you can use to easily track your shipment online.

The shipment status of my shipment is no longer updated, what can that mean and what can I do?

It can happen that the shipment status of a shipment is not updated for a few days. If your shipment status has not changed for more than 14 days, please let us know v by email to Kontakt@prixshop.de. We will then contact the shipping service provider and initiate further steps to find your shipment.
